This privacy policy applies to the Pop Color app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, developed by Alexandre Le Mieux (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad-Supported service. This service is provided "AS IS".

The Application acquires information you supply when you download and register with the Application. Registration with the Service Provider is not mandatory. However, bear in mind that some features may require registration to be accessible.

Does the Application collect precise real-time location information of the device?

This Application does not collect precise location information (such as GPS data) about your mobile device.

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Application is not intended for anyone under 13 years of age. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be promptly deleted from the servers.
